I'm a huge lover of Japanese cuisine. Sushi is easily one of my favourite dishes of all time, so imagine my excitement when discovering that our local Westfield shopping mall (newly extended as part of a massive expansion plan) catered for a Japanese food court and retail area. Called "Ichiba", this place is your one-stop shop for any Japanese-based consumable.
In fact, that's one facet of living in London that I love. The multiculturalism that, in turn, offers up a huge variety in food and general retail. And it seems the new shops opening up in Westfield are not disappointing. Thank you Australia, for importing you amazing mall franchise to our humble shores. Not only that, but actually the Westfield nearest in us (there are two in the London area) is the largest mall in Europe! So you can imagine how much time the missus spends in there.
Here are a selection of photos that showcase this newest and most welcome addition. I'm quite sure I'll be grabbing some delicacies from here on a regular basis. What a result and awesome surprise this evening!

I have a "all you can eat sushi buffet" in my town, it's one of the best places in town, it's always full, and i'm starting to get some cravings to go there... haven't been there in weeks! sushi is soooo gooood! I could live off of sushi all my life!
