Captured this shot of a herd of deer passing through "Richmond Park" in the heart of London. Incredible that they don't feel threatened or disturbing by the presence of people getting so close to them. Beautiful creatures and equally fantastic weather make for a restful scene.
"Richmond Park" is pretty much the only place in London where you feel as though you're in the wilderness. The hundreds of different varieties of wildlife that call this place their home, is astounding, at say the least. I love this park, as do so many residents of this city, and therefore take every opportunity I possibly can to pay a visit and enjoy the breath-taking sights it has to offer. Anyone who happens to travel to London are advised to come and check it out for yourself.
Natural "inter-city" beauty at it's finest... :)
Yeah I love Richmond park. Haven't been there for years now. Once got lost and ran out of daylight in the middle of the park. Got slightly scary haha.
Damn, man! That's the "other" side of the park that nobody ever speaks of. :)
I hear ya brother, it sometimes feels like we’re kinda numb in a way to wildlife these days, until we catch an up close and personal experience like this eh..!?
All the more reason to frequent such a gem of a place whenever possible!
Hey my man! Yeah, it's awesome to have an option like that available to us London dwellers. Hope you're well, bro. Give my best to Dan. :)
The deer photo is very nice. Deer are animals that are friendly to humans. I also one week ago went to the "Deer Park" zoo with my family.
Great! Kids love a day out with the animals. Nice picture, bud. :)
adding Richmond park then to my itinerary there in London ❤
No doubt. Considered a little "haven getaway" for us residents in this great city. :)
They are gorgeous!
Cheers for sharing!!!
Nice picture that you caught.
Thanks, bud. :)
