Sudoku works in the brain as physical activity in the body.

As is the intention in this blog and I have also mentioned a couple of times the mind also atrophies if it is not used, and it is necessary to exercise it to delay brain aging. The hobbies that require testing the ability of logic are good for neurons. They stimulate the mind, reinforce the memory, the intellect and the literacy and speech abilities.

This game helps not only to maintain, but also to increase the ability to reason, the speed of mental processes and memory. The reason is that this type of games favors the activity of the neuronal units, which keeps them young and the activities and effects of the Sudoku game is what could be called as a personalized trainer for the brain.

Sudoku are not recommended for people of advanced age, also for the youngest or middle-aged, who can help maintain concentration, and can be more productive than all those games with beautiful graphics that abound everywhere.

So let's start a SUDOKU game, it's very simple and you will like it.

@fabianibarrag Great post! I was just telling my sons about working out their minds just like they work out their bodies! I use to do Sudoku all the time years ago. I think I'll be reintroducing this to my household! I'm a firm believer in physical exercise and I know working out the mind is just a key to a healthy life! If you can do a push-up, you can do a brain puzzle lol..

Since it's beginning I have heard that SUDOKU game is very benefitial for the mind! All the newspapers should include at least one sudoku game to incentive people to make them!
