You probably sit too much ,At home you sit on the couch. When you watch a movie, you sit in the theater. When you go out, you sit on a stool ,When having dinner, you sit on a chair,So you have to be good at sitting.
''Good sitting posture'' is when your feet are flat on the floor,your shoulders are relaxed and you can sit up straight.
1-Get a a chair that keeps your normal spinal curvature.
2-A keyboard that allow comfortable typing
3-Centre the screen directly in front of you (the top of the screen approximately 2-3” above eye level)
4-Reduce screen brightness
5-Take short 1-2 minute stretch breaks every 20-30 minutes and a 5-10 minutes after each hour
6-Whenever you feel eye fatigue, rest your eyes by covering them with your palms for 10-15 seconds.
