Overcome Your Depression..

Depression is a serious condition affecting peoples all around the world , it can be caused by massive stress , traumatic events or simply unhappiness that comes from within. Any person diagnosed with depression should visit a psychiatrist without any delay ,Today i'am offering to the steemit community and you my friends the best advice that i've learned from experts and i hope it can help if you know anyone suffering from this condition..*

1.Exercise:

So simple yet so effective ! usually depressed people don't want to socialize and it will be so hard to convince them to go out chilling , instead you can go for a run with them , lift some weights etc... Exercising releases endorphins which are responsible for reducing internal pain and enhancing the mood.


2.Animals:

Yes you heard it right ! Get a pet for the depressed person and see the results by yourself in a couple of days ,Studies showed that getting a pet will cure a depression by over 80 %. Make sure to know their preference before getting any pet , some people like Dogs others like cats for example .. Find the best pet for them..


3.Work:

Focusing on work may be a cure for depression , Work gives our lives meaning and getting that promotion or that commission makes us feel satisfied with ourselves .So pushing them to work hard will offer present and future results..


4.Watch comedy shows and Get as much laughter as possible :

Laughter releases dopamine , the joy hormone , giving us a feeling of happiness and satisfaction . Never underestimate the effect of one moment of joy , happiness in contagious and it spreads quickly . Never give up on them , there will be always hope as long as you keep trying ..


5.Surround them with family and friends :

Even when they don't feel like it ! make sure to stick around them and support them.At the beginning , it seems hopeless but as i've said before joy is contagious and our brains are hardwired to repeat every action that has given us satisfaction .


6. Do something new:

Push yourself to do something different. Go to a museum. Pick up a used book and read it on a park bench. Volunteer at a soup kitchen. Take a language class.

"When we challenge ourselves to do something different, there are chemical changes in the brain,. "Trying something new alters the levels of dopamine..


" When there is will , There is Hope ". Peoples can't overcome their depression alone , They need us and we will be there..

If I could add: Eat Healthily! Organic and fresh/live foods! Your body will function much more effectively, which will in turn improve your mental functioning!

Yes of course , eating healthy will always have great results both physically and mentally
