Cognitive thinking is very useful in changing a drepressed and anxious mindset. All of these questions run through the afflicted persons mind 24/7. It was very helpful for me and I was at a state of panic attacks. The mind is so much more powerful than we give it credit for. Enjoyed this article very much, thank you :)

@dragonanarchist ... You're very welcome, any way to help shift the mindset of others. If we can't control our thought process to come out of a depressive state, how can external mind control be fought off!
