Hello everybody!
I eat once or twice a day, bu fatty deposits persistently stay and I constantly get thicker ?!
This is what I heard about hundred times.
The point is very simple. The main reason is that you are inactive and do not eat regularly. Let me explain to you.
When you enter a day less calories than your body needs to function properly, the body switches to "saving mode". In this situation, the brain registers that it is in extreme situations, thereby lowering basal metabolism and so you get this effect where the thicker one or two meals a day.
The body is in this state because it does not receive a constant flow of energy, and that one-eaten meal of the day is saved in the "warehouse" - fat, so that later could be used.
The body in such a catabolic state consumes your muscles to work, and with it we lose muscle mass. In addition there is a hormonal imbalance, low immune system, pathological and metabolic changes. All this is causing a lack of food in the body.
FEED ✔
- eat at least 4 meals a day where you will be the main base protein diet. Before and after training, and even in the morning you eat carbohydrates, while in other periods of the day eat fat.ACTIVATE ✔
- this means that you are doing weight training (weight training) where there is a muscular load, activated and gain new muscle mass. The point is that if you have more muscle, there is a higher consumption of fat, because muscle consumes fat. This allows us to grow and basal metabolism and can eat more, while losing fat faster. Now ask yourself when you say, "Yes I do not want to be buffed up, I was yuck, ugly, yuck!"REST
✔- Sleep at least 6 hours a day. The best thing to 8 hours of sleep, but that is now bustling life, I find myself in a situation where I can sleep up to 5 hours, and sometimes up to 9 hours. Base important to average about 7 hours a day. During sleep are reopened hormone, tissue, muscle, central nervous system, etc.The last sentence are the supplements. Only those things that are missing in the diet consume through supplements. If you lack protein, take whey protein, or if you lack vitamins multivitamins might well be.

This is poorly written and contains broscience and bad diet advice. One example is the suggestion to take whey protein. Animal protein spikes IGF-1 which has been shown to promote cancer http://nutritionfacts.org/video/protein-intake-and-igf-1-production/
