Good lord, 10th floor suite... it sounds like someone really needed to try and forget. Sometimes people just need the company and the ear to work through things. Genius Hummingbird is a perfect term/name that I will be using now as I have a few friends who fully embody it.

That suite was a worthy distraction! I hate it when people are suffering though, it's amazing what a sympathetic ear will do for one's well being.
