Storm Emma, dubbed "The Beast from the East" hit Dublin at Tuesday night. Ireland's national meteorological service has since called out a Status Red Weather warning. Which led to the closing of all schools. Public transport is also vastly affected.
Storm Emma is said to be the biggest snow storm to hit Ireland since 1982. It is expected to last until Saturday. People have even been advised to stay indoors on Thursday and Friday. Milk and Bread are highly demanded and are all sold out in most local supermarkets.
