I agree with your point about converting from any cryptos to steem. But its the easy of doing transaction and not restricted to few mode only. If you see how USD became worlds reserve currency for the same reason. It is accepted anywhere and can use easily converted and used. Same thing is happening for Cryptos and STEEM. As it become more and more easily usable then you can see the true value of it.
