I'm not seeing all of the 5 ways to lose weight that you list in the title so don't know if this is on there or not but...

One thing that I am finding effective is the use of metformin. This is a diabetes med that is now generic. It seems to work similarly to calorie restriction in improving your health while you lose weight. My wife and brother and I are taking it for its life-extension effects, some of which include improved insulin resistance and reduced blood sugar levels. I find that I have to work hard to avoid losing weight when taking it.

I'm not a doctor, and recommend you do some research on your own, but at least for me, improved health while eating more and losing weight it a triple win.
