Hey there guys,
I'm back again. This time I'm going to show you Kodaikanal.
Is a place in the mountains, an Indian friend of mine told me to definitely go there because of the beautiful view and scenery.
We met up in Bangalore at a bus station. Then our long bus journey began and at some point it started to become a rollercoaster due to all these curves on the way to the mountain top.
As we reached and left the bus. Before we could enjoy the weather, we got approached by some taxi driver, who as always wanted to drive you safely to your hotel or get you a nice hotel.
So we just went straight to a restaurant and got some breakfast first, I was hella hungry.
We had good Idly and bread and sauce.
Because we didn't book a stay in advance we first had to take care of that, that's why we went for Vattakanal first where we planned to stay due to my friend having friends over there who owns a restaurant and some "hotel" rooms.
The view was awesome from our balcony.
My first shoot was a really bad shoot as I see now, too bad I guess you guys have to get:
I didn't expect this to be a foresign of a weather change. What I also didn't expect was the hail storm which occured that night. Ice, some had almost the size of tennisballs. Really funny I totally enjoyed it.
And well, yes it got cold.
The next morning most of the clouds disappeared and we had a lot better view.
The weather was awesome. I mean look for yourself.
We sunbathed first on our "balcony" to enjoy the warm sun a light breeze. Then for the first time in months I took a really cold shower. That has been so refreshing I tell you, you guys gotta try that.
After feeling refresehd I went for an Indian restaurant to have breakfast around noon. Finished with that, I immediately took of and went for a morning walk, I walked a path downhill to whats up there.
The rain carved a path into the stones, which looked like a street to me, but it some part where really destroyed or they have been washed away.
On the way I met some monkeys, who were jumping through the trees and screaming at each other.
I ended up in a sightseeing spot which was called Dolphin nose, because well as you can guess it looked like a dolphin nose kinda.
I hope you enjoyed reading. I had fun writing and rerembering that place.
