they probably care, sort of. it just isn't easy to sort out the bad carts, like probably only when they get REALLY bad and it's obvious, or a customer says something, would they take it out. even me when I notice a bad cart, I just put it back lol.. I don't tell them about it.. so it's probably the kind of thing that's hard for them to be aware of
