Most of the time we disconnect ourselves and we live in a kind of routine mode robot. In fact we are more than our job or social expectations that we want to fill, and it is necessary to reconnect with ourselves, hear that voice that there are in you, only we have the answer to our problems.
At least once a day we should take a moment of gratitude, meditation, practice compassion, listen relaxing music, etc. All this helps to live the present, assess the time and take a life calmer.
