Culinary creation to culinary carnage...

One of the best parts of my week is Friday night. This, together with Saturday and Sunday, pretty much makes my week worthwhile. Tonight was a sort of date-night for us and we ate at one of Adelaide's best Argentinian restaurants called Sosta. It's definately not a vegan-friendly restaurant, so lucky we aren't vegan! http://www.sostaargentiniankitchen.com.au

We went for a walk arond the city aferwards and ended up at a place called Max Brenner's. It's a desert and coffee place specializing in all things chocolate.

Waffles with Belgian chocolate, strawberry's, banana and ice-cream.

They also have a shop selling, you guessed it, chocolatey goodness!

The culinary carnage
Unfortunately all good things come to an end, all good waffles must be devoured, and this is the aftermath.

So, Friday night, that most excellent segway between the work week and the weekend, has come and gone (almost) and it's time to start thinking about Saturday. We have a weekend of Netflix and chill planned for this weekend and during the day I have an IPSC pistol competition to shoot. I'm looking forward to both.

Thanks CN, I don't have high expectations, I'm just there for fun and the social aspect. Should be good...If I can get over the sugar rush of those damned waffles! :)

It's a nice place with a warm, welcoming sort of atmosphere. A good place to crush chocolate deserts! :)
