I rarely ever see them get ahead. And if they do they get those shitty jobs where they're on call and have to answer the phone ready with a YES! Yes I'll be right there!
That's no life to live.
It's its own special hell. That they make for themselves.
And no pity for the self inflicted.
Just move on. If the management isn't aware of these shenanigans? It's got bigger issues than you want to deal with.
