Oh, you got me all wrong, there, I'm all about helping people. Elimination seems counterproductive to helping people. Also, you might feel better in the short run, but eventually you'd want her back so I wouldn't be helping you much either.

Men aren't useless! Who do you think loaded and unloaded the trucks that brought those strawberries in from Mexico? We're good at lifting heavy stuff, smashing things, producing exotic smells, chopping wood, and many other things.
