OK i was recommended to watch this documentary called "WHAT THE HEALTH" on Netflix. I seriously recommend this to EVERYONE.
Today we don't even know what people are doing to our food and how we consume so much of this stuff that leads to Cancer and Diabetes and so many other diseases. I'm not sure about you but i want to live a long healthy life.
We need to be intentional about what we eat and where we buy our food.
Yes i'm going to try go vegan for a week. Don't get me wrong, i do love meat but after watching this i might cut down for a moment.
Please don't be naive to this. Have a look.
