@soldier you are beautiful and in great shape I am practically 56 years old and all I do for exercise is walk, I do walk fast though and as now I am unemployed (except this month I'm helping out a friend) I walk a lot more than before, result my pot belly is almost gone and I am down from 212 pounds to 190. So even light exercise like walking helps. Of course doing more would be even better but I have a cracked meniscus so I have to be careful.
