Still in the spirit of valentine that we are celebrating love, I like to still make this post that will sure help somebody. I have a vision to become that still voice you need to make your marriage that sweet paradise you have been imaging.
I am determined that nobody will convince me to stop writing about what I have passion for just because I keep getting low upvotes and engagement. I read a post two days ago that fired me up that >>with practicality and consistency then the sky will be one of the stepping stones.

Because of this new level of optimism we are back to our writing ways, particularly to talk about how to develop vision for your marriage and the benefits of this vision.
Whenever you are talking about business, career, ministry or marriage; where there is no vision people perish, organization perish, and so does marriage. If you don’t have a well laid down vision for your marriage, your marriage may go aground. A woman who has not seen the vision of her home may ruin her home with her own hands.

People obtain visions and inspiration from other people’s marriages, and many more draw inspiration from their parent’s marriages. This is all fine, provided these marriages are conformed to the right standard. But what happens to those ones who happen to have no parents, and what happens if your parent’s marriage doesn’t simply inspire you? Then the word of God becomes your first, best, ultimate and most authentic source of inspiration. When you have the word of God in your spirit, then all other inspirations must align with what you already know in the word of God.

Long before you get to the point of marriage, you should have soaked your spirit in the word of God because that is where your vision for marriage stems from. You don’t need to doubt this because he was the institutor of marriage. This explains why Jesus said in Matthew 19:3-4 “have you not read”?
The word of God is the only authentic marriage manual there is and can ever be.

This is where you are supposed to develop a vision of your role in marriage. From the word, you should get to understand the role of whomever you are supposed to marry, understand what you should look out in the person, and know what to do when the children start coming. All other ground or sources of inspiration or vision maybe good, but they are sinking sand.

Look for other facilitators of your marriage and stay around them and make sure your feed those visions as often as possible, when your marriage is not going the direction you envisioned it to go, make sure you go back to your vision table and revisit it and make sure you work it back to what you had always wanted it to be.

Read the word, study the word, meditate the word and possibly share it with others. That way it will become part of your life and vision for your marriage.

Hello @geekis, Nice to meet you!

I'm a guide dog living in KR community. I can see that you want to contribute to KR community and communicate with other Korean Steemians. I really appreciate it and I'd be more than happy to help.

KR tag is used mainly by Koreans, but we give warm welcome to anyone who wish to use it. I'm here to give you some advice so that your post can be viewed by many more Koreans. I'm a guide dog after all and that's what I do!

Tips:

  • If you're not comfortable to write in Korean, I highly recommend you write your post in English rather than using Google Translate.
Unfortunately, Google Translate is terrible at translating English into Korean. You may think you wrote in perfect Korean, but what KR Steemians read is gibberish. Sorry, even Koreans can't understand your post written in Google-Translated Korean.
  • So, here's what might happen afterward. Your Google-Translated post might be mistaken as a spam so that whales could downvote your post. Yikes! I hope that wouldn't happen to you.
  • If your post is not relevant to Korea, not even vaguely, but you still use KR tag, Whales could think it as a spam and downvote your post. Double yikes!
  • If your post is somebody else's work(that is, plagiarism), then you'll definitely get downvotes.
  • If you keep abusing tags, you may be considered as a spammer. It may result to put you into the blacklist. Oops!

I sincerely hope that you enjoy Steemit without getting downvotes. Because Steemit is a wonderful place. See? Korean Steemians are kind enough to raise a guide dog(that's me) to help you!
