Dear Steemians,
I am honored and proud to introduce you Bogy Yordanov, one of my closest friends. He is born in Varna, Bulgaria and he currently lives in Florida, USA. I got to know him because he was my neighbor for over 10 years now and through that time we have built a great friendship. I was fortunate enough to witness his transformation in front of my eyes day by day and step by step. Today, I will briefly introduce him and I am hoping to continue keeping everyone posted with his progress and success. As much as I want to talk to you about his great character and kind noble heart, I would like to try to keep this professional and fitness relevant. I hope you enjoy the pictures and videos. At the age of 25 he has gone very far and has so much more room for growth. In the span of two years he has competed in 11 shows in the National Physique Committe, winning Six of them 1st Place, Two 2nd Place and Three 3rd Place.

Natural
First, I would like to begin by saying that I have witnessed how hard he trains and how consistent he is. I hear and see how he goes to the gym every day and I have never seen him skip a single session for over 10 years. On top of all that, his nutrition and food intake is on point. Every single gram is measured to the tea and consumed at appropriate times depending on his body composition goal. I know that it is difficult to believe that he is natural but you should understand that if you see what I have witnessed in what kind of effort and passion this man puts in to this you will understand that it is very achievable. Genetics also plays a huge factor in to how far a person can take his level of physique. Obviously on top of all his hard work and consistency he also happens to be very gifted. His father was a professional soccer player that played for the Bulgarian National Team and his mother was a professional rhythmic gymnast who also was a part of the Nations Team. Short story long (hehe),to be clear, he does not take any Performance Enhancing Drugs (Anabolic Steroids, Hormones and Diuretics etc...)

Stepping on Stage
He has accidentally turned his passion in to his profession. After making this his lifestyle choice he began gradually transforming and inspiring people. He is a Certified Private Fitness Trainer/Diet Coach and helps many others to unlock the best versions of themselves. All the people around him wanted him to compete even though he never planned for any of this, he was simply working out because he loves it. Once he started doing so in the National Physique Committee (the largest amateur bodybuilding organization in the world) he was always placing on top. He enjoyed the shows but what inspired him most was that competition helped him improve even further and made him even more disciplined and determined to "grow".

Not long after, he won enough 1st place competitions which earned him the opportunity to be eligible to enter Miami Nationals (The biggest National show in the United States) where he placed second in his class (top 2 spots earn professional status) and officially became a professional body builder. Now he competes on stage professionally and his goal is to step on the Olympia stage in Vegas as a Natural. He hopes that will inspire others who are natural lifters in Men's Physique Category to push for a healthier and more aesthetic life style.

@Generation that was an interesting post, thanks for sharing. Often times I don’t see body building as a sport, but the amount of work and dedication it requires is too often over looked. We need to get more fitness enthusiasts on steemit, do you know any others?
Thank you! The dedication and work is incredible. It is not easy to be consistent while you keep facing different kinds of obstacles. He has shown us what hard work and consistency can do for you.
