You know, I didn't investigate the presenters of such a cool attraction, but I looked at the fair's website and it was called Butterfly Encounter. There wasn't any other information, but it wouldn't surprise me if the butterfly attraction was put on by the Extension. Maybe it will be at the Spokane Fair this year too!!
