Hello friends!
I recently did a photo shoot for the Circus Kathmandu, they were very pleased with the results so they invited me over to the premiere. The Circus features artists rescued from human trafficking and prostitution and they all found their way back into a "normal" life.
The evening was planned as a cabarett/dinnershow, so we would watch half an hour of acrobatics, then have something to eat and so on - what an awesome concept! The food was absolutely delicious and I enjoyed it so much, that I came for both of the opening evenings (and hey, free food!).
The pictures are a mixture from both nights and I am very pleased with the results, I have the impression that I am leveling up in my photography game which feels great.
Especially the second night was a lot of fun since we had many children around and they loved it so much and would play on the stage in the breaks. The whole room was their playground and I got a little jealous that I was not naturally allowed to climb over tables and hide under chairs.
Enjoy the Circus Kathmandu, if you ever have the chance to visit the place, I highly recommend it :)
