Have you ever been in a situation where you feel absolutely useless and helpless?  A feeling where you absolutely don't know what to do and anxiety kicks in and stress literally takes over. And once stress is in charge, then everything else goes haywire!

Which way to go?

The first thing to do if you get to the end of the crossroad and you don't know which road to take, is to:

                                 Stop, breath and relax!

Nothing is ever as difficult as it seems, if you don't know which road to take just close your eyes and walk....

Sometimes the road right in front of you is the correct road to take. There are no right or wrong turns in life.

Everything in life works out exactly the way it is supposed to......

We are where we are because we are supposed to be there and whenever the time is right, it will be the right time.

Stop stressing over silly things. Stop worrying about things you can not change and take the leap of faith. It is time that you take charge and even if you are indecisive about certain things it does not matter.

“He who deliberates fully before taking a step will spend his entire life on one leg.” ~ Chinese Proverb

Here are a few tips on what to do if you are an indecisive person

  • Stop worrying about hurting someone's feelings - remember you can't please all the people all the time.
  • Stop reflecting about what could or couldn't be.
  • Trust your gut feeling!
  • If you have time make a pro-con list otherwise just go with the flow.
  • Stop worrying about making the wrong choices.

“There are only two things to worry about, either you are healthy or you are sick. If you are healthy, then there is nothing to worry about. But if you are sick there are only two things to
worry about, either you will get well or you will die. If you get well, then there is nothing to worry about. But if you die there are only two things to worry about, either you will go to
heaven or to hell. If you go to heaven, then there is nothing to worry about. And if you to go hell, you'll be so darn busy shaking hands with your friends you won't have time to worry.”

I feel like that zebra today....losing his stripes...me my hair! ugh....anxiety is really crappy. Must be the time of year to shake when someone says "boo".

Thanks for the shout out @giantbear!

Well I am busy doing an experiment on myself. Trying to get rid of my stress and anxiety by writing about it. Logically I have nothing to really stress about, but I still do. Weird but true. Weird personality type I have apparently. 😂

Great article giant-bear with some excellent points made

A thank you to you again Ian. You are so kind.
