THE PERFECT PEARL

in #life7 years ago

We meet people everyday of our lives, studies have shown that we interact with a minimum of 80,000 people in a lifetime. In a day, we interact with a minimum of 25 persons. Just imagine how many people you interact with in a year. Then look at your age to check how many people you've interacted with maybe from the age of 12 till now.

Personally, I used 12 years because Jesus started interacting with men far above his age at that age. So a child of 12 yrs has an open mind and open to suggestions from different people he/she interact with on a daily basis.

So from the age of 12, estimate how many suggestions you've accepted and the ones you've rejected, how many suggestions you've allowed to make you and the ones you've allowed to mal you.

As we interact with different people,we come across different suggestions both the good, the bad and the ugly, the normal, ordinary and extraordinary, the usual and unusual .
But the decision to accept or reject it lies within us, so we have to make a decision on the type of suggestions we accept in our lives. Thus, we have to make a choice to perform, permit me to say a HYPOTHESIS TEST in our lives either to reject or accept any suggestion.

For example there are so many mountains in the world that the Eagle can fly to but when it comes to laying of its eggs, it looks for the perfect spot in any of the mountains in order to avoid predators. Like a corporate organization with a suggestion box somewhere, not all suggestions are attended to. Some are accepted and others are discarded.

Therefore, if we see ourselves as eagles or as an entrepreneur, we need to be able to select where we put our eggs( i.e suggestions). Not all the water in the lake flow into an ocean.

Choose wisely the type of suggestions you take in and the ones you reject, because that singular decision can either make u or mal you.
