This is a very popular activity and doesn’t require much preparation. All you need is a pair of good shoes, some warm-up exercises, and a nice path. Archery –With the success of Hunger Games, there’s renewed interest in archery and it’s a great activity to take up. Yes, you have to invest time and effort to master it, but this particular skill teaches you a lot about control, patience, and aim. Archery is also physically demanding and will help you burn some calories.
Cycling- Cycling, like archery, also requires some training and practice. However, almost everyone has cycled at one point or another in their life. It’s not that difficult to relearn that skill.
