1. Scrub Potato Clean
2. Add Salt and Pepper to Taste
3. Cover in Olive Oil
4. Wrapp in Foil
   Cook for 1 1/2 hours to 2 Hours
   -Done...

Make sure to add the salt and pepper first , then the olive oil last!!! will keep things stuck on the potato...
