What I received had more promise as a poker hand than a lottery ticket. 27, 28, 29? "Randomly"???
I understand now why all ticket sales are final.

Interesting, that would have increased your odds yes but while being eaten by a great white shark you get struck by lightning twice odds, means it probably didn't make that much difference. Good luck on your next potential retirement.
