Jack the ripper was never 'officially' identified, so we don't know if he owned a gun or not. I take it that your point is that those people were not known for using guns and killed anyway. That is correct and that is part of why I am explaining in some depth the process of healing the causal layers within us that cause us to kill - regardless of the weapons used.
It is simple logic and maths to identify that the invention of highly efficient weapons has resulted in an increase in violent death.
We pay a price for the second amendment. But that price is minuscule compared to the prices other nations have paid for governments having a monopoly on firearms...
Maybe so. The point of my post here is to point to a third way that solves all of the problems - but it's not something that can be voted on.
