Thanks for this great article. Too many people eat improperly and as result suffer from negative health consequences. The one thing I would add is to work on your will power. there are so many distractions when you diet or try and get an exercise plan. You need to work on ways that you can improve your focus and concentration in order to be successful today. Ohh and one more thing is to give yourself a break when you have a set back. ti will happen but this does not mean you failed only that you have a chance to begin again stronger. thanks.
