RE: Overview of a RAD Knives Field Cleaver Clone.

in #life8 years ago

That's a very good review for a counterfeit knife.
I'd not heard about these knives, but if they are so hard to come by and that expensive, I can see why you went for the copy.
Great job with the photos too by the way.

Thanks so much, man! Taking good photos is super important for me doing these overview/reviews so I try. Figured I might as well do a write up since it's still a $185 counterfeit that used actual good materials and works as well as most other $200 knives. But, yeah, the real deal is super hard to come by. It seems like there's a small group of owners who buy most of them up, and then if they do sell them on the second market they ask for $10000 or more right away. The maker himself is honestly a bit of an asshole which I didn't wanna talk much about and does weird shit with his social media which makes me dislike him a bit. Between those two things and the fact he probably doesn't make more than 15-20 of these knives a year and even from him they're still thousands of dollars, it really is impossible to get your hands on one unless you're filthy rich and don't care about money, haha.
