So lets make change easier by taking one small step every day this week.

Ask yourself the question "Why do I want to make healthier choices in my life ?".Get clear on this first and keep coming back to your answer throughout the week.
I want to lose weight for my summer holiday, I need to lower my cholesterol levels, l want to shake off this persistent cold, l need more energy etc.
Whatever your reason, simply get clear and you've found the perfect place to start.
