Do you feel trouble finishing things in time?

 Do you want to organize time better? 

Are you facing problem writing work reports on time? 

Are you able to fulfill before the deadlines what you want to do?

 Can you organize your time properly?

Yes... If you have the time management capabilities efficiently increase your productivity and balance your life, then all these things must be in mind to know.

Make a list what you have to do:

The first thing you must have a reminder system to tell you about what time you need to do any work. Take a pen and paper or organizer whatever you want to do or wherever you want to go. Your reminder system could merely be containing meetings/arrangements and their deadlines too.

A daily index of your missions which need to be done in specific time is an important part of action planning. Update your list on a regular basis, crossing off finished tasks and adding new functions that need to be done. Urgent and important tasks can be pointed out or underlined.


Setting aims and missions:

The first set your essential and distinctly defined targets, and make sure that these are genuine and attainable.The missions which are vital to you and the action that you need do to get your target achieved, you also need to assess your present situation. 

Effectiveness and efficiency:

Effectiveness and efficiency, both are not present at the same. If some person works hard and is well organized but spends all their time on unnecessary tasks may be brilliant but not effective and useful. You need to plan what tasks are urgent and essential and to focus on these to become a competent person .  It is necessary to list the essential functions to those you want to devote extra time. Then it becomes straightforward to concentrate on the simple and easy tasks.

Avoid delaying tactics:

Some times people would be caught up to have another activity rather than the important work which they have already decided to do. And that task or activity creates more value for the business but you must have the ability to manage both planned and unplanned task at the same time in spite of ignoring and delaying the first decided one task.

Reward yourself for achieving these goals:

Reward yourself for making these aims to maintain and increase your passion and energy. Review your progress towards your goals and remind plans regularly to bring revolutionary changes.

Persistancy:

Things will not always run evenly as you progress towards your targets. When you see that things are not working out, you need to persist and learn how to take face frustration and failure and adopt the positive attitude.

Making mistakes is the critical part of any creative process, and each error is a lesson for you leading you towards the exact solution. Fear of making mistakes is the main handicap to take effective action. It is commonly said that the people who have attained the most, have made a lot of errors. So satisfaction comes as much from following goals as from attaining them.

Always work on powerful and productive strategies to deal with success.  

In short I want to say  

Each of us can easily take out special time to accomplish most of the tasks very well, some prefer morning time, some prefer evening. You personally need to settle the best and effective time for you to work in a better way.

Nice tips. Delaying tacticts (Procrastination) are your worst enemy. People mostly procrastinate because they are afraid of failure, but like you said, if you divide your big tasks into little managable ones and complete them one by one, while rewarding yourself in the process, you can succeed and therefore be happy!

The priority of tasks always get to me. The most basic is spend time either at work or with family. Of course having family is why I work. Yet I am always conflicted with putting too much time into work than in family. What I have learned is from experience work can never be perfect and time I spent can never be refunded. I am going to have to deal with life as if nothing can always be what I expect it to be.

Now I fully understand why old people warn younger generation to cherish the time we have because in a blink of your eyes the life before me flashes away.

Good advices!
I use most of them but still I fail to do all that I want. Ok biggest reason is that I make schedule and when I look at the schedule I have 35 hours for sleep and that's it. Rest is busy in a minute, so if I meet old friend on a street and, for example, talk with him for an half hour I'm late with everything that week.
That tempo is bad but I can't help myself when I work what I love, I make science experiments, I have company with my wife...

There is no such thing as time management. Think about it; the term is an oxymoron. Time cannot be managed. It cannot be controlled in any way. Everyone gets the same number of hours and minutes every day or every week. But the main thing is how to manage all , meeting with friends, giving time to your family and doing all the work at the exact time.

There are several techniques we can use to manage time more effectively, get organized and reach our goals. We need to be realistic, dream big, and then set attainable goals.

Good counsel @hamzayousaf but I also want to point Out one of the things that actually eat up our time and that is procrastination, also sometimes those of us that are engaging in our own personal business tends to be going to work late since we are no questionable to anyone then meeting up with the daily tasks become difficult cause a good number of time has been wasted already. Thanks for sharing your post.

procrastination is the thief of time.

Those are some great time management tips. Time is our only true asset on this earth as once it's gone we can't get it back. It should therefore be managed well to accomplish maximum number of tasks. I do organize my time as much as possible but my only problem is procrastination-if I can get over this I think I can get more done. Thank you for sharing :)
