Staying physically fit is essential for our health and well being. Being healthy and physically fit demands self-discipline and hardwork, a healthy diet and exercise. One can be physically adjust by increasing the amount of exercise as regular exercise helps manage a proper body weight, prevent the risk of developing severe diseases, improve the strength of our heart, improve our body resistance towards many sicknesses, make us feel more relaxed by lowering our stress and anxiety levels and lastly can also enhance your physical appearance.
To keep yourself fit it is not enough to take daily exercise for an hour, its more about adding more physical activity in our daily routine, like taking stairs instead of using a lift or elevator, preferring to walk to the store rather than using a vehicle, doing housework such as dusting, cleaning, and washing by yourself.
Physical fitness is always the result of continuous training and commitment, and people who have a clear and straightforward goal to stay physically fit are the ones who give importance to their eating habits and their exercise routine in order to stay healthy and physically fit.

Exercise is really important no doubt. I bike daily 24 km to and from my office (12 km on one side). It takes me 40 minutes to reach my office, and I really like the ride!
