Thank you so very much, you very kind words are hitting home, as we say, and find a hearth of gratitude. Meditation is a state of being and can be done in any kind of circumstances, applying your will to being here now, with egoic wilfulness set aside, will automatically propel your awareness to the states of meditations you seem to refer to. I'm actually writing my next article about one kind of meditation you may very well be inclined to delve into as it is one practice in the comfort of your bed as you fall asleep... It is the next article in a series about dream mediation.
