Finally some good news on that front. I hope from the bottom of my heart that this is a lasting situation. Nothing atrophies the will of creative investors to invest for development than an impending threat of a war.

It is so much more beneficial for the North Koreans to denuclearize and focus on peace and prosperity for their citizens as well as establish good diplomatic relations with South Korea, China, and globally.
They are in dire situation. Part of me is glad that Kim is willing to negotiate instead of hanging on to the bitter end. Of which, it would only be worse for the people.
I hope they find the right balance because if one side comes out with two little then the whole thing is going back full circle. But somehow I am hopeful that they would work through this.
