Well it's not the exact goal to lose weight. But I got more fat during recovering from the accident, so I want to lose that fat and when I can go to the gym I want to build muscle again.

Don't waist time, set in mind to grow bigger on muscle, you will grow in muscles and burn a lot of fat, you can grow a year only 5 kg of muscles, as far i understand you are not lifting heavy, so with fat lose you will lose a lot of muscle
