Women’s suffrage was a pivotal moment in the battle for equality, but in 1930 women still faced many forms of discrimination.
While 8.2 million women gaining the vote in 1920 represented significant progress for the feminist movement, gender inequality was still prevalent in the era and beyond.
Many laws and societal attitudes meant women faced barriers and prejudice throughout in work, education and marriage.
Here are just a few examples of the discrimination women faced in 1918.

Women's right today
Last yr’s women’s march and protests had been attended via extra than five million humans in eighty one countries global. It become the largest single-day protest in US records.
In a assertion before this yr’s march, the organisers stated:
We are coming together to pledge that we are going to make change in big and small ways. We will stand side by side, once again, in solidarity with our sisters, brothers and siblings around the world. Together we are strong and if we all work for a better world then time is really up for oppressors of women.
Usually this is mistaken for feminism. Awesome post!
Feminism is the way forward for the growth of women!
Awesome post!
Awesome....You don't have to put yourself down because you are woman..In my country Nigeria, there's are some states than doesn't allow their women to do anything no matter your qualification but i would say that's very unacceptable. As a woman you should be able to stand out..
