Ingredients :
1/4 kg of kikil that has been cut into pieces
20 red chili seeds (if you want spicy + kan chili pepper)
6 shallots red onion (2 cloves sliced)
4 cloves garlic
2 segments of galangal finger
1 segment of ginger finger
1/2 segment of turmeric finger
2 bay leaves
1 stem of lemongrass
1 cilantro pack (1 tbsp)
to taste salt
5 tbsp oil for sauteing
2 packs of coconut milk
Steps:
Washed clean gravel that has been cut into pieces and drain
All the spices in ulek until smooth (coriander, galangal, ginger, turmeric, onion, garlic, chilli, salt)
Crop lemongrass then in bunch
stir-fry all the spices that have been smoothed, first sauté the onion slices after the scent enter the spices that have been smoothed, lemongrass and bay leaves, stir until the smell of fragrant
After the smell of fragrant enter the drained gravel and stir until blended
enter the coconut milk that has been melted slowly and stir until blended
Stir goulash until boiling and make sure to exit bit by bit of oil from coconut milk
After the oil is out and the pebbles are ripe, immediately remove and serve, kikil kalio cuisine ready to serve
