Very wise set of advice.
I discovered the first one a bit late and it took me even longer to quit. Resolution and courage to try new things is key to turn the page and move on.
I cannot regret the experience I got, but as you say, experience in not the most important thing. In the process I sacrificed attitude.
In my case, saying yes was whatgot me in trouble. I said yes to way too many obligations that kept me trapped in a toxic environment. Thus, judging when yes is good and when it is bad is another key we don't always find on time.
Networking is definitely a game-changer. One thing I regret is having isolated myself from environments that might have provided networking opportunities to improve my situation.
I am struggling now to go back to working out. I am 46, but my body feels 60 and out of shape.
Thanks for the reminders.
