Ingredients:
Mature bananas to taste / banana uli / banana candles / banana kepok or other types
Chocolate bars / DCC pake brand Colatta, thin slices lengthwise the size of Bananas
The oil for frying
Dyes:
100gram flour
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
2 tsp sugar
A little salt
to taste water
Coatings:
Rough bread flour / breadcrumbs
How to bolster:
Mix the dyeing material, pour enough water, the dough is a bit thick, set aside.
Peel the banana, split one end tp jgn to break up, slip brown slices to taste.
Do the same for the rest of the banana. set aside.
Heat the cooking oil.
Add the banana to the dye, then to the coating material, fry until cooked brown.
Do it up, lift, drain.
Serve .
