Urgh I know the feeling...I'm a very nice person, but you know, deep down. I don't like talking to people, because I make up all these scenarios in my head...I'm very self-conscious.
I try to force myself into action with the old 'you'll regret it later' gimmick, but it doesn't always work. I'd rather regret it than actually get up the nerve to make the first step. which sucks.
