Sorry, to disappoint you, but I'm not talking about how to be a Cassanova here, that kind of love is restrictive and somewhat shallow.

This is about how to love everyone and everything even if it is just for a fleeting moment.

I know some of you will be saying 'here we go' or something a little more expletive at that, but please do hear me out...

It is possible to love everything in this vast miraculous universe and once more this love can be learned.

When you are the world's greatest lover, you don't discriminate between what is aesthetically beautiful and what is fundamentally flawed. Perfection is not needed, nor do people have to act the way you want them to, to receive your love.

When love is unconditional and limitless, it does not care about politics, gender, culture differences, wealth, body shape, religious beliefs, achievement or any other differences. Love is given, because every person is deserving of love. Not every person, but every being, the blade of grass to the highest mountain, to the entire galaxy.

Why?

Because we are all part of the same energy.

It is highly unlikely you will be the world's greatest lover all the time, but it can happen for a fleeting moment before we return to our self-centered concerns - but for that moment you can consider yourself the world's greatest lover.

So why would you want to feel like that?

The title is superfluous, but being capable of love like that changes you, even when you just experience it for a moment. Complete and utter love just for a moment.

It lifts you out of your petty concerns...

You don't worry about what people think of you
You don't worry if you are doing something wrong
You don't worry about missing out

You are elevated above these feelings, your usual limitations and you feel happiness.

You are at peace with the world and everyone's happiness is all that you want.

The empathy is so much that you genuinely wholeheartedly wish for suffering to end in that moment.

These moments are powerful. And worthy of aspiring to as often as you can. This can be done by training your mind and that my dear friends, is what I am going to talk about tomorrow.
