Firstly, we need to learn to accept reality as quickly as possible. There is nothing that can be done sometimes to change what has or is going to happen. Friends will go, siblings will marry and leave, our loved ones will die etc we should accept the reality that way than allow negative thoughts cloud our mind.
Secondly, when a change occurs and it hurts us, we shouldn't feel bad for long, rather we should focus on the positive parts that the situation might bring us. Sometimes bad things happen for a good reason which we are yet to discover.
Lastly, we should learn to look ahead into the future. Yes, it is good we look at the past sometimes but we shouldn't focus too much on it. Focusing too much on a situation that happened is like a driver driving and focusing on the rear view mirror. We need to focus on the road, where we are heading to and learn to accept changes.
