I was approached by two clients a few weeks ago with a rather desperate tone in there voice's. "I can't get tenants to stay, why?" and "we are the fourth party to try and buy this home (proudly they say) and we can't get the owner to settle the property as per the legal documents of Sale and Purchase".
Two completely different countries but in essence the same problem difficulties causing severe financial difficulties to both of these parties.
What no one has really been able to clearly demonstrate for people other than fung shui and psychic's is what I have developed and it is the ability to read the emotional context of property and what is emanating from the past. The pervasive emotional under current just doesn't stop when people shift on, what I believe is the human/animal breath energetic pattern falls and stays in the area and it is built up over time and this pattern has subtle energy enough to affect our daily behaviour and relationships.
Let me demonstrate what an investment property is doing on the emotional inside and the difficulty is apparent to see.
They can't get good tenants.
Number 1 issues is - 71 in the Red is Disharmony and Bondage in a relationship.
So complete disarray in any relationship and the feeling of being a prisoner with this investment, so if a person wasn't totally confident and well balanced before this endeavour was started they may well find themselves really struggling emotionally and not know why. Remember they can't keep tenants.
Number 2 issue is Hypertension Red 67.
If you didn't have high blood pressure before this property was brought as an investment you likely will by the time you get rid of it. Remember Red is a current issue and normal is 45-55 so the property is heading well out of a normal range.
Number 3 issue is - Heart- Unemotional and a lack of joy Yellow 26.
A very depressing outlook and probably generational misery here. No wonder people don't stay.
Number 4 issue is -Pelvis- Unable to remain grounded or focused on emotional activity.
The new investment owner can't settle and stay here and doesn't know why things just don't flow.
And the kicker of this scan was Misery and Misfortune both in the low yellow so the long term hope for this investment isn't great , they will probably limp on denying anything is wrong and look for every excuse other than the actual property is the problem.
Then we get to the property where the owner won't release the house so the new owners can shift in, even with lawyers involved it took two weeks of threatening the vendor to get them to finally hand over the keys.
Number 5 issue is Selfishness-
Owner had dicked around 3 previous purchasers so much they were not able to settle on the property. New now present owner was completely done over by the vendor.
Number 6 issue is Solfreggio frequencies Red 69 -
Not resonating mentally properly the vendor. Completely irrational vendor.
Number 7 issue -Condemnation of other people's success Red 65.
A twisted vendor condemming other people and the vendor is probably completely unaware they are like this but there energy persists in this home.
Number 8 issue -Overly concerned with money Yellow 32 -
Likely the owner had an absolute struggle in early life and came from such a poor deprived background to read like this and it turned out the owner was a refugee from a war torn country but their struggle lives on in the emotional context of the home and will blight the new people if not addressed properly and balanced.
Number 9 issue - Dishonest Yellow 41 .
Owner has sold the property 3 times before taken deposit money and not settled, so owner has an honesty issue and this has been dealt with by the number 4 owner who had this house scanned just before settlement and they were able to meet and greet the problems they encountered and did settle but it still took an extra two weeks for them to get the keys. They likely may have backed out of the purchase if they weren't aware of this reading as it was very difficult.
Number 10 issue- Communication Stress-
Mental and emotional interface conflict. So it was always going to be difficult to do business here.
These issues are common much more than we could imagine. The investment property if it was me I would sell as soon as full to capitalise it the best as you can. The residential home the vendors love and will be a lovely family home, they are aware and know to get me in a couple of times to rebalance the house when they see issues creep up on them and these will show as arguing over money, and the children getting grumpier than normal, so they are aware.
