You still can do a lot in first 4-5 months, it is just ok, if you are physically active person - physical exercising and dancing will help to keep healthy weight grown and lift up the mood. Pregnancy is not a illness, just listen your body and do what gives you a pleasure. Problem is that lot of people are not aware about their body and how it works.
