I've been lazy lately and have been lazy for a long time, for many years.
I don't have the energy to describe everything in detail(ironic), but I am able to lie in my couch for several hours, then do everything there is to do in an hour.

Procrastinacion and laziness is just the symptom of motivation lack. Lack of motivation can be caused by many underlying symptoms, which are often combined and produce a synergetic effect.
Conversion of a lazy person into a worthy one takes time to remove the underlying causes, and then the lasting effects of them. As a freelancer, I often see that clients require short turnarounds for completing jobs, despite there is no actual need. So, procrastinating is a real world problem.
