INTRODUCTION
Having concerns for our future is healthy as long as we do not see ourselves as being anxious but only being smart to identify what we should be looking out and preparing for. All of us can see it that way. We just have to believe so much.
I have my own concerns for the future, the biggest three (3) among all of those are: Health and Lifestyle, My Relationships, and Politics. There are all here because these are the aspects that I also consider to be requiring some attention or time to be thought of because After identifying these concerns, I then share it to a community - to you guys, and here it is:
Health and Lifestyle
I have put the two words together. I think that's okay since these two words are commonly used together just like peanut butter and jelly.
Perhaps no one honestly wants to die early. If only all of us have the chance to keep our health good and long enough to live twice as the average human lifespan - almost all would gladly take it. That's why I'm including health and lifestyle to my list of concerns because I'm one of those people.
Health and Lifestyle gives me clues as to how long I'll last in this relatively minute period of existence. For example, in the case of Health: If a person finds out that he has a certain disease, then he already has an idea about the remaining years of his life. An example in the case of Lifestyle: If a person eats a lot of carcinogenic foods, then he's more likely to have the "C" word in the future, thus making his life shorter.
Currently, my lifestyle is so bad that's why I'm concerned of my future health. Every night I would eat the same friend pork meal (but with varying flavors through time i.e. sweet chili, gravy, or teriyaki) which I buy at a convenience store. I think that just hearing about "friend pork" makes you already say that it's bad.
However, Health and Lifestyle does not only poke and tell us about our future death (apologies for the morbidity). It also tells us about what we can still do. It tells us that there's still a chance to change - like right now. But will I do it right now? I just had my fried chicken dinner so no - but I'll work it out for my future self. I just need to take some adjustment period for our kitchen works - it's frequently being visited by families of cockroaches even if it's already been a month with no cooking.

Relationships
I'm referring to the people who are and/or will be very close to me in the future - the people who I'll be with during my journey for survival and during my struggle to succeed. This includes my family, partner, and close friends.
In comparison to co-workers or co-members in a club, we can't just go against the feelings or thoughts of the people who we're in a relationship with, without drama or sudden expression of irrational retaliation. That's why the types of people who I would want to be close with are the supportive ones and who share the same goals with me - improving our lives together.
Choosing the right people for me is important because they can easily influence my actions and choices in life, especially when I'm at my worst or when I'm most vulnerable. I think I'm at my worst when I get lost as to who or what to prioritize (which is again tied with my close relationships). I've gone through it and I'm now avoiding to experience it again.
Moving on to choosing the right people - I personally don't like to be too close with the self-centered ones. There are also some people who are not just selfish but also manipulative to the point of using drama just to get what they want. I don't appreciate that kind of people. They can never help but bring me to questioning myself and then eventually get depressed because of having neglected my other priorities. I'm pro to the power of even a small community (which seeks to improve each other's lives not destroying each others' or even other groups) to succeed.

Politics
Apologies in advance if my point here is wrong. Correct me as well: Politics influences people on their decisions and even make decisions by itself. Politics involves power which reaches at a world-wide scale and a single choice may mean annihilation, continuous progression, sudden depression, or everlasting peace for all of us.
My general opinion is that the world was in continuous progression. However, with the current events and threats happening all over the world right now, it seems that there will be a shift. That's what concerns me a lot especially considering that I couldn't control it by myself.
But I'm also looking forward to these new and ground-breaking ideas or technologies such as IoT, blockchain technology in social media like Steemit, in politics, in businesses, and etc. The idea that one won't need to rely each transaction from people but reliable databases. I think that joining and committing to these ideas is one of the small yet good ways to address my concern for politics.

SUMMARY
My three biggest concerns for the future are my health and lifestyle, my relationships, and politics. These are the three aspects which I consider will matter the most - or at least what immediately appears in my head as I encounter the topic for the first time. Health and lifestyle largely determines how long I will live. My relationships are what significantly affect my actions and choices. Meanwhile, politics greatly influences societies, thus, the future of mankind.
