I don't know a lot an this topic! But some Islamic people started causing troubles in my country and now it goes to serious level - I mean to the terrorism end! So I don't know those type of religions truly help people live in peace! Won't argue more on this topic! But this is how I feel about this crisis that brought by such religions!

Religious tension seems to be on the rise. Many want peace but it doesn't seem like religion is getting the job done in that regard.

@humanearl, In my opinion Religion is important because it let us know of times and civilisation, i am talking in aspect of all religions because like to complete a puzzle we need diversified pieces same way every religion is coming from the times which fulfilling the piece of that ultimate puzzle.
One thing we have to understand and that is, Human Beings are getting deceived through adopting differences for people who belongs to different religion instead of knowing how better we can make lives we are concentrating towards those aspects which are pushing away from the Togetherness. Great thoughts brother. As humans we have more in common than we think. Of course religion tends to highlight our differences but my point was mainly that religion alone is not enough to make a positive impact in people's lives in the long term.
I mean just look at how long humans have been on the earth and had religion. We still deal with the same hurtful things over and over in spite of having many religions.
I've just come to believe that religion is not the answer to humanities problems.
We need Universal Love and if we observe then definitely we are seeing that Human Beings are Awakening and we are moving towards more Truth and Humanity never saw this level of Transperancy. Our contribution should be holding the vibration of universe and that is, Spreading love and kindness. Stay blessed.
