It doesn't prove the sun revolves around the Earth.
The vantage point is relative. If you were to stand outside all day then it would appear that the sun is moving. Which in those verses it describes this phenomenon. The rising of the sun, sun stood still, etc
If the sun revolves around the earth then the earth's gravitational pull should be much stronger and it should have more mass than the sun in order for the sun or other planets to revolve around it.
The concept of gravity is definetly in the bible. For example when Judas hung himself and later his body fell.

The explanation for gravity is not in the bible. Humans and most animals have almost always known even before the bible that if you jump off a cliff you will fall and possibly die.
There's tons of things that are not explained in the Bible but that doesn't make them non existent.
Correct. I think that includes the creation story.
Right! The Bible doesn't explain in detail why or how God creates. But he does. It's that simple. Companies don't have to tell you how they made a product in order for the product to exist. They just make it and sell it to you and you buy and use it regardless of knowing how it was made. So that is a moot point really.
We have creation due to it being created. We may not know how you take dirt and create a body out of it but that's exactly what God did. Haha. I would have no clue where to start in making all of this we see from scratch. A higher intelligence is a MUST.
As far as gravity. It's hard to get around that the concept is there in scripture. We can go on forever about it. Interesting to discuss though. Thanks for questioning.
